We at ZALZANI send all information about your purchase via Email.

1- How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A.: The average delivery time is 3 to 7 weeks after the product is posted.

2- Where does the product come from?
A.: We represent manufacturers from Europe, China, the United States, and the Netherlands, depending on the chosen product.

3- Can I pay in installments with a bank slip?
A.: Installment payments are only accepted via Credit Card.

4- Can I pick it up in person?
A.: No, all shipments are made by Correios (Brazilian Post Office).

5- I bought more than one product in the same order but only received part of them. Is this normal? Will the other products be delivered?
A.: This can happen, but don't worry. This type of situation occurs when different suppliers are involved for the chosen products. If this happens, two different tracking codes will be sent so you can track your orders. Since they are two different packages, two distinct checks will be carried out by the Federal Revenue, which may result in different delivery times.

6- What if my delivery is delayed?
A.: Don't worry, delays can happen, but they rarely occur. Your shipment is monitored daily, and if the product does not arrive for some unexpected reason, within 90 business days after dispatch, in accordance with the shipping and delivery terms, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
